Switch to new scene after prolonged touch?

k so im working on an app and I need it to only change scenes when you release touch after about 6-7 seconds but im not sure how i can accomplish this because i dont want it to just change scenes when touch is released because then it wont work correctly got any ideas let me know thanks!
