Trouble with heli rescue template

I downloaded the heli rescue template from DBA and I was wondering how can I add more people that when the helicopter gets them all it will say winner.what's happening now is once I add more people like 20 the helicopter knows to play winner scene when only collected 12 and I can't see where that rules been written.

I would guess theres an attribute or some rule there that states it. I dont have the template though so im not sure. Best to contact them about it.
