Where is the Hibernate Behavior?

I know that I am just being dense here, but I cannot find the Hibernate command anywhere in the behaviors list. Am I missing something? I need it for a Kindle/Nook build. Thanks.

Its a rule statement. Its where you would select touch is pressed and mouse button is inside and stuff like that.
