Adjust controls when camera is rotating

I'm trying to setup controls so that you control the camera by swiping the screen, but I also have the camera rotating so the X and Y eventually get messed up. Does anyone know of a way to compensate for the rotation of the camera so the controls don't get out of whack.

    You could use vector to angle and magnitude to determine the direction and force of the swipe... by recording the start and current/ending touch points. With that data, you could move the camera accordingly.
