I saw the video about creating an .apk for Android/Amazon using GS.
1. However, once that's done and I make my unsigned and signed .apk's: How?; To whom?; Where do I submit my .apk?
2. Do I have to sign up with Amazon?
3. Is there a link to expedite the process?

You will have to sign up with the respective app stores you wish to sell them on. Amazon. Nook, google, etc…. and no there is no magical way to speed the process up.
