In the process in uploading an app, where do you actually upload the binary?

Hello Everyone,

I am uploading my first app now, and have done everything except actually upload the app. Here is a screenshot of where I think uploading it should be.

Does anybody know exactly where you upload it?

Thanks,

You use the Application loader to upload the actual binary, do you have that installed on your Mac?

If you don't have it: Go to iTunes connect, go to Manage your applications, and there should be a link under "application loader" to download the application to upload your app! :)

Click on Provisioning and then on the Distribution tab. Click New Profile and you will have a choice of Distribution Method (App Store or Ad Hoc).

Try reading the iTunes connect developer guide.

I just searched my mac and I do. Thanks so much.

One more quick question though. Is a provisioning profile good for both ad hoc and app store? Because I can't find out where to make an app store provisioning profile in the iOS Portal.

    Thank you so much,

Oh shoot... So when publishing the game through GameSalad I have to choose the app store provisioning profile, correct?

Thanks again for all of your help. I really appreciate it.

This is perfect timing, I was about to ask the same question regarding the provisioning profile.
