Application loader help

When trying to publish my app through the application loader, I get an error 'local path isn't writable' yet I have all my browsers (safari/firefox) with read&write access.
Help please.

make sure xcode and all those xcode folders and programs are installd at the hard drive level not your home folder level

    So I should re-install Xcode?

I would and make sure you trash all of the Xcode files first.

I deleted all Xcode files, and re-installed Xcode 4.2and I still keep getting those errors.

Are you using the application in Xcode called application loader. It's inside the Xcode folder in a folder I can't remember the folder name but app loader has a rocket icon. That's the program you use to upload to apple iTunes connect.

I saved it as a .zip file, and I have read/write access
Instead of 1 error, I got 3 wierd.
    1)Unable to create configuration directory:/User/macbookproowner/.itmstransporter
2)Your home folder must be writable in order to save run-time configuration data. Please ensure your home folder exists and is writable.
3)Cannot save local copy of remote diagnostic configuration;local path isn't writable.

1&2 have a red circle with an x on the left side
3 has yellow triangle with an ! inside

What do you mean you saved it as a zip file? You need to right click on the file and select compress.

I meant to say that I did compress it, I'm running a permissions repair right now... hope this works

Just finished a permissions repair, and I still got those 3 errors... maybe I should try it again.

    Do you use a Hackintosh?

Also if you have the Lion OS install Xcode 4.3 instead of 4.2
