app to ipod

I need some help plz. Is it possible to get my app on my iPod without having to upload it to the appstore? and if not then is it possible to upload my app to the appstore without having to pay the 99$ ??

    No..........you can't put an actual app on your iPod without the 99$

    Umm, it's not possible. You need to pay $99/yr for ad hoc builds or publishing to app store.

    You can do a adhoc build to get it on your device without publishing to the appstore, but no matter what you need to pay the 99 dollars and get the dev accont to test on your device and.
