Nook App Store - Squeaky Clean Games?

Okay, so I have submitted a number of titles to the Nook App Store to have their meta data reviewed. They keep rejecting my tags and uploads for containing blood and violence (even though they are very cartoon-like games that hold no realistic value whatsoever).

Basically...Will Barnes and Noble reject a "controversial" apk, or do they just want cleaner descriptions, tags, screenshots etc?

    your screen shots and such need to be for all ages. I will tell you though from experience. blood and violence will need an 18 and over rating for nook and the screen shots and stuff will need all the gore removed.
