So I'm thinking of making a release for android now. I presume gamesalad only works with nook's and kindles? which is the best and is there anything else important to note before I begin the procedure?

Gamesalad works on any device, bar that that have to be android, if you add the game to google play. You can always edit out some devices that might not be compatible with your game, (i.e. maybe small devices etc). You can also publish to the amazon app store.

    Which is the best
I think only you can find this out, you can test on your (different) device(s) and find which works best, but obviously, not many people have all android devices.

    anything else?
Not really, but make sure you follow everything that the procedure says, I think the best is the video tutorials on youtube, so check them out as one false step means it won't work!

Search for the videos that FryingBaconStudios made on the Android sdk and on the Android stores. I used them and everything worked as expected.

Make sure you test on an android device before publishing. I suggest you pick up a kindle fire if you can as they hold the market share of kindle tablets. You can publish to the google market, amazon app store/ kindle fire app store and the nook store

I'm in full on competitive mode working with @RP on two games one is a small time burner the other is an epic based on a motion picture screenplay I wrote. See my YouTube for a teaser trailer. ; )

Kindle touch is £109 and kindle fire is £169? should i really get a kindle over the touch. Considering that all I want to do is test apps?
