Transferring to mac

Hi when transferring a project from a windows laptop to a mac I understand that I click on export then what do I do after that..... Just wanted to know as going to use my friends mac to publish my app soon

    Put the .gameproj file on a memory stick and plug it into your mac :) - alternatively zip it up and host it on mediafire or email it to yourself.
