iAd revenue - how many downloads per day?

i'm considering doing iAds.

how many downloads per day do we need, to reach a revenue of $50/day?

any experiences you can share with us?

    I have an app waiting in review with iAds. I rebuilt the game so the iAds are out of the way, but still visible...I'll let you know.

    My game is getting a little over 600 downloads a day and is making between 1-2 dollars a day in revenue.

    But with iAds do they need to actually click on the ad for you to get some money or does it just need to be on the screen?

    I believe you get a percentage of each impression.

    About 400-600 downloads a day, about $50-60 a week from iAds.

    I would highly recommend the "freemium" model for apps. I put up two versions of an app (one freemium with ad support and IAP, and one with all features and no ads)

    The free version actually made roughly the same amount of money daily (some days even more than the paid version). The thing I really like about free apps is the exposure. Its cool to have thousands of users :D

    I had about 250 downloads a day on my app, but %85 were in China where iads don't work :(

    hah I did, I'm in the U.S , and the game was in English. Don't know why but it just really caught on in China ;)
