When I create adhoc, does my game get uploaded to GS

When I create an adhoc build, does my game get uploaded to GS?

If yes, are other users able to see my app (i.e does it get added to the search etc?

When I publish my iOS GS project for release, again does it go to GS and then are others able to see my app?

Just want to ensure that my games/projects etc are protected :)

    Thanks, I was just watching your video on creating adhoc...I have done it before, but this is now for a proper release :)
