I think you should'nt ask for artist that they contact you. Read in other threads abou artists and then contact a few and ask the for an enquire. Then you have a few prices and you can choose the best or the one that has the lowest price. I think you have to contact artists and not they have to contact you, because they are not active all days in the forums..3 days ago i contacted 7-8 artists for an enquire, and i found a very good one
Just search out the forum and you'll find one.

I would recommend http://www.jasonnester.com but i don't know if he make art for ebooks too.
