Android screen sizes...help!

I have a question. I would like to know when releasing a app for android or creating a app for android what do I have to do on my part to make sure that the app fits the different screen sizes because android phones all have different screen sizes. So is there a easy way to make sure they all will fit or what can I do? Thank you.

    First of all please do not make multiple posts. Its does nothing to help you and it clogs the forum. Second of all please do some sort of search before rushing to post. just a few threads down on the main page under your threads is essentially the same question with the answer.
