I can get my "gamesalad" app onto my device and try it before I publishing it on the appstore??

    Yes, you have to publish it as an ad-hoc. Read tutorials - it's explaind there.

    It is impOrtant to understand you must have an apple developer license to test on your iOS device. Period, no ifs ands or butts. :)

    No you dont need iTunes Connect to test on your device. Though that does come with a developer license. It has nothing to do with testing. Only publishing to the itunes app store.
