any reason why a IAP is rejected?

i looked my app and now i can see this red rejected word next to english,
English "rejected" and in the end it says waiting for review, this is the iPhone version, the iPad version says its pending. i uploaded the same image with a $.99 to unlock a walkthrough.

    have you contacted Apple? they will likely have a better idea of why they rejected your app. Did you not get a rejection email with an explaination?

    To add onto what tenrdrmer said, you should go to the resolution center and check out exactly what they said. That probably will point you in the right direction.
