Tofu Style Character

Hi guys, Im trying to make a Tofu style actor. Where you touch him, stretch him, and then shoot him like a rubber band. I bought the tofu template from the marketplace, but it is overly complicated for what I need. Any ideas on a less complex way to do this. I have a head actor, and a body actor.. the actor is always shot from the same spot.. So it doesn't need to be able to be shot again.. Thanks

Create a rule: When touch is pressed, change attribute self.size.width to whatever you want the width to be. Then add a timer and say after .5 seconds, run to completion, use interpolate self.position.y or move/move to depending on where you want the actor to end up.

I really need it to just stretch between a point and the mouse, but have a constraint so that it can only stretch so far..

Magnitude to stretch, better than change size. Its in the expression editor.
