GS Windows keeps crashing help!!

Every time I try to run gs windows (on a windows 7 asus g74sx laptop) It gives me this crash report

Ive tried running it as administrator, in xp service pack 2, but no luck im not sure if anyone else is having this problem but i really hope there is a fix to this :-S

I've had some crashes too and it always seems to be when I'm trying to scroll the window I've written a rule in. When does yours occur?
