Windows 7 computer working to make an Iphone App

I am currently creating my games on a windows 7 computer but I am not sure if the game will be able to work to make it in the Appstore. Is there a way to make my game on the Appstore using a windows computer.

    You can make a full iOS game on Windows, but later you will need Mac to publish, and send the game to the App Store.

    In order to submit to Apple, you have to use a Mac to do it. It requires Xcode to be able to submit, which will only run on OSX.
