jagged eges

I am having a little problem here with my images they all seem to have jagged edges in Gamesalad even though they look fine in Photoshop. I don't know if I am doing something wrong but any piece of advice would be appreciated.

Save all images as PNG-24 or PNG-8, and make sure its 72dpi. Its also best you not only have all images divisible by 2, but divisible by 4 for retina.

photoshop is by default 72 dpi, my image resolution is 288x288 for an actor of 144x144 and I saved my picture as .png but it still looks jaggy. I have read on this discussion http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/19894/help-creating-smooth-graphics that illustrator fixed the problem. Can the problem come from the gamesalad viewer?

Its its rotated to some angles it will likely look worse. Though usually on the device it self its not bad. have you tried it on the device?
