Do I need a Mac to playtest on my iPhone?

I am developing a prototype on my newly downloaded GameSalad for Windows right now, and I exported it as "Macintosh Creator."

How do I put the game on my iPhone now? Definitely an amateur question, but I'm having trouble finding an answer.

Thanks,
Brady

You need to have a Mac, Xcode, and iOS dev account (99USD/year).

Thank you for the response. Could I use any old Mac? Or does the hardware need to be fancy - I ask this because I can get my hands on a 1gb RAM, 2.0ghz duo core for cheap.

I'm not sure how old Mac will be enough. Maybe it have to be able to run Snow Leopard, or Lion.
