iOS iPAD - why is the spinning loader not in the corner of the device ???

Hi I have been testing games on my first generation iPad and the "apple default spinning wheel loader" appears off centre a the top of the screen and not in the bottom corner like on the iPhone, is it supposed to be like that or am I experiencing a bug in the program ???

Please let me know :)

    Sounds like you don't have the latest version of GS installed. What version are you running?
