Just to let you guys know, yesterday I have uploaded an android game to the Opera App Store and it was very easy and a couple of hours later the game was live to download. Just register and you are good to go!
It is necessary to upload the signed apk.
By the way, do we have any chance to get a monetization option like admob or similar service for android?
