Create scrollable text

Hi everyone!
I would like to make scrollable text on my app.
My question is:
In photoshop how do I make the text?
Do I let it run off the page?
Do I make it on two pages?
Do I not even do it in photoshop?

    No it didn't get deleted.
    I re-posted it accidently.
    I am a beginner and I didn't really understand what you told me to do.
    Is there any chance you can explain it in beginner's terms? lol
