About PlayHaven payement...

Hi
I am a pro member
I started to use playhaven from May 29,
August 29 i reached three months of use,
until this day i have not a report or a payment.
I wrote to GS support, and they tell me that in this moment
can not give me any information about my payement...
So I ask here there is someone who has never been paid,
or has achieved a good result with PlayHaven?

    I've not been paid yet for roughly around the same amount of time. But I seem to remember there being a threshold that you need to have earned before you get a payout?(is that right GS staff?)
    The game I put it on as a test doesn't really get all that maybe downloads (about 20 a day or so)


    Although having no form of reporting kinda makes it hard to know how close to the threshold you are and whatnot.

    yes, but I have about 30 games with PlayHaven,
    and for this three months I have my report from
    Apple iAd, and my downloads are minimum
    400 per day, so after 3 mounts i can compare iAd with PlayHaven,
    and I remember that I have read on this forum that
    PlayHaven is more profitable than iAd;
    Anyway I'm happy with iAd and i hope to make big gains from PlayHaven.

    sorry mn I have not used playhaven yet in a project so im not sure what the deal is. if I remember right though playhaven had almost 90 days before the first report and payment would be sent to the developer. so you might be receiving a report the end of this month. from then on you should have regular payments as long as you reach the threashold.

    I'm interested to hear details on this as I'm considering using playhaven in my upcoming game. It seems a shame that you can't get ani information on your performace and what you have earned, even if they don't payout until 90 days.

    I sell stock art at several online sites and I can always see what sold, when it sold and when I'm due payment for it at those sites.

    I doesn't really make me want to use Playhaven when it seems like there is little to no transparency as to what your income will be. :(

    @jamie_c yeah I fully agree it sucks. But I do know they have been working to make something to make reporting better. just no idea how long it will take to become available.

    Yes, this service seems good, but without statistics - unusable
    need to know: which game in which the region on which the screens etc.

    I hope GS resolve this issue very very soon, so we can not
    use PlayHaven with this method of monetization.
    I mean that i got the license to make money also with PlayHaven
    and I hope in AdMod for the future.
