Vector is blurry?

Ok, so I found my copy of cs5 illustrator, and I am now doing my try at a vector logo for my game. I currently have the vector saved as a .ai and a .gif. When I try to zoom in on the .gif on windows picture viewer, it appears all blurry. I thought vectors would fix that, does anyone know a fix?

    A true vector stays clear and crisp but because you zoomed in on the .gif version, not the vector version, it got blurry. If you zoom in on any pixel file (gif, jpg, png, etc) it will be blurry.

    Gamesalad does not support vector files. If you are going to zoom in on an image in Gamesalad then I suppose you would need to figure out the final size of the zoomed in image and use that as the physical size of your source image.

    For example if you have an image you want to zoom into so it is 1024 x 768 pixels at its final zoomed in size, create your graphic at this size. Then import it into Gamesalad and reduce the size of it for it's starting size. When you zoom in on it it should remain clear as long as you don't zoom in so it's larger than your imported image.
