Just thought id share a funny story...as you all know we have loads of free stuff over at DBA mostly to do with GS but the other week we got a mail from a lady asking what time she needed to be in to take delivery of all the free templates she ordered, now i know people love free stuff but not knowing what your ordering is lol.
I told Wayne to tell her to make sure she's up at 4am and to clear a space 20 x 20 metres in her front room for the digital downloads lol.
Of course we didn't do that but it made us both smile.

Just teasing...yeah it's fun when folks are unaware of the nature of the tech beast. I recall my old tech support days and those callers with a cd tray for a cup holder... and asking if they have a window is open and they check their house. The best is when they truly believe the computer is possessed by a demon.
