Can't Access Portfolio online via web

I'm trying to access my portfolio via a browser and I can not log in to the portfolio, but I am logged with my account in the site. why is this?

    Make sure you are using safari and clear your cache.

    Still having problems login in. I can log in the website on the regular site, but when I try to upload the game through Game Salad, it gives me an error. "Please login to the GameSalad Creator in order to publish your game.". I am using Safari and I cleared up the Caché.

    Is there any setting on My Mac I need to fix?

  • I'm having the same problem and I've done everything, save going to a competitor and leaving this pile of bugs behind and/or factory resetting my MacBook. I can be a 100% sure that GS does not have quality assurance or tech support working on the error-laden thing that is supposed to be a website.
