GameCenter - Please I need help

I just set up GameCenter for a game. I created the provisioning distribution file and choose AdHoc.
I then created the application in iTunesConnect, I also made sure I use the same Bundle ID. I set up a leaderboard and
also a test user.
When I open the app, the GC login appears. So I hit log in. Then I used my test user datas to sign in, this is the correct way or?
But then GameCenter wants the test user to "really" create an account at GC. It wanted me to create a profile etc.
-> The Apple ID has not been used in GC. Tap to continue to set up your account.
Is this correct or?
