How to make a health bar on top of random spawned actor?

Hello everyone, i find myself a problem here (again).

How to make a health bar on top of random spawned actor? i Watched the video about how to make a health bar and how to constrain a specific actor to specific point, and i get it done before. But now I want to constrain an actor on top of random spawned actor. How to do that?

    You would have to spawn both the actor as well as the health bar, and have the health bar constraint to the actor so they connect right after being spawned.

    If you have the "random spawned actor" spawn the new actor, it can spawn it on top of itself. Otherwise, you need to have different layers for the actors so that you can determine ahead of time which actor is on top.
