Publishing help

I am really confused as what to put in Bundle identifier field when publishing. I have certificates, app ids pass type ids, provisioning, distribution but no category bundle identifier.

To be of help I found my answer. The bundle ID was located using iTunes Connect and under the app information. I hope this helps anybody else lost in publishing hell.

PS are there any good guides explaining the whole certificate, app ID, Bundle ID, Provisioning Profiles for those like me with half a brain?

    You can get the Bundle ID easily from Xcode on the organizer window. It is labeled as "App ID" beside your provisioning profile.

    Yes read the itunes connect developer guide as well as read the how to tab in the profiles section on apple developer.
