Ipad App Publishing - conversion process or just upload new screenshots?

I'd like to convert a game as an iPad application on itunes store. In order to do this can I simply upload iPad Screenshots?
Or do i need to create an iPad version and publish through gamesalad. If this is the case do I need to do anything different when I upload the app in order to keep the game title the same for iPad as Iphone. I've noticed some apps are appearing with the same titles for both iphone and Ipad.

    You normally would publish a universal version to be able to add screenshots. With GS you have to create two versions of the same app (iphone/ipad). You should not need to change the name of the app but you can add 'HD' as some do to distinguish the ipad from the iphone version.
