ok my app has just been approved and is ready for sale how long does it take to appear in the app store?

    Up to 24 hours. Just as Apple wrote in the approval email.

    Yeah it's usually anywhere from 12 to 24 hours.

    You can request your promo codes now while you wait and the game will be playable to the people you give them to.
