New Apple Guideline entry could be problematic for Playhaven etc?

2.25 Apps that display Apps other than your own for purchase or promotion in a manner similar to or confusing with the App Store will be rejected.

    I bet they figure out a way to comply. Its not like they don't pay attention to apples Policies since their business heavily depends on it.

    Hm... sounds to me like Apple is more concerned with someone imitating the appstore
    itself than anything.

    Yes you could be right they do say similar to app store and I guess Playhaven is not.

    Well, this does not bode well for 3rd party ad networks, like Playhaven.
