Signing Error

Not really sure why they had to switch the publishing, but now I can't sign my APK. After I go through the process of selecting my keystone and inputting the right password on both boxes and I clicked next it begins loading and immediately has an error pop up. "The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.gendaigames.GameSalad error 3.)" I know my Keystores are fine. i use them all the time on Eclipse and they worked on GS up until this new publisher update. Any ideas?
