My app name is Output4 when installed (Mac)

My app has been rejected several time due to the fact it is called Output4 when installed, any help

    Yes, I also have the same problem ... unfortunately you can not rename the file ... then you have to wait GS update ...for this reason my Halloween game will not be released for this Halloween 2012...uff
