Application loader wrapper problem

so i compressed my game so that i could upload it with application loader but it says that the application wrapper must end in .app please help eager to upload my app now

    I am also having the same problem. I have tried to read the forum discussions, looked at the videos and followed the instructions. But i got the error when i used the Application Loader from APPLE - The application wrapper must end in .app. /var/folders/xp/......./...gameproj is invalid.

    i think you missed a step.
    from the time you hit publish in game salad what exactly did you do? did you follow this guide exactly?

    I can see my application. I am actually just trying to publish the Alien Conquerors example onto my iPhone 3GS.
    I see Alien Conquerors Application in my Finder but i cant upload it to the Application Loader.

    this error message indicates you are attempting to upload your game project, not a published application that you downloaded from the website.

    Yes, i agree.

    Actually, i have downloaded the application from GameSalad also and i still upload it using Application Loader.

    Application LOader does not allow me to choose the application..

    I got this error when i clicked on my application

    You cant open the application "Alien Conquerors" because it is not supported on this type of Mac.
