problem with spawn actor.

again here is another problem i have.
1) i made an attributes call spawn1
2) when spawn1=0 spawn actor
3) when the screen is release = spawn1=2
3) when spawn1=2 spawn actor release and drop down.
4) i have constrain spawn1=0 on the screen.( so spawn actor alway there )
it work fine but some time when i release, actor drop but it does not spawn new actor. i would have to press the screen again and again and it would spawn new actor.
i also try when release spawn1=0 and it still does the same thing.
