Upgrades to the actor

In the game I am building I want to do something fairly simple, but I can't get around one main issue.

I would like to attach another actor to the main actor so that he can acquire upgrades. One example is to have a new actor 'body' spawn on top of the current actor body. I have the pieces constrained, but when they spawn they sort of fall out of position. They will stay in the general area, but they won't stay in place and do not follow the commands of the main actor properly. If the new pieces are on the stage, they will work, but if I have to constrain them from outside and let them spawn into the scene it does not work. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or if there is a better way to go about this. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, the only way to make the rest of the game work is to have each piece be a separate actor, so just changing the image will not help.

    Figured it out. Just needed to apply the rotation attribute as well as the position.
