Uploading - waiting - how long does it take

I am uploading a game from gamesalad and I was wondering how long it takes, the file is about 75mb. Its been going for over half an hour.

The process is:
Click publish
Uploads game to servers
When upload is complete it brings you to the publishing portal on the web
You fillout the information and click generate
Your app is generated
After generation you click sign, it downloads to your machine and signs the app with your provisioning profiles
Upload app/ test app

after about 45 minutes it opened the web browser and it is now saying publishing on the web browser, although its taking awhile, been waiting for about 40 minutes. Is this normal?

Internet crashed and now I have to start again. Does publishing normally take this long?
