New To The Forums! Holding Touch vs Tap Touch!

Hey does anybody know how to make a template or know where I can get a template where- when you hold the actor for 3-4 seconds without moving it, it does an action and when you move it or let go the timer resets or stops?

    That's what touch is pressed is, the action you want only happens when it is pressed and stops when released. When you set it to touch is released it keeps performing the action, depending on the actions coded.
