How to ensure "glossy app icon" is NOT on?

I'm publishing a game, and I made sure the box for "glossy app icon" was NOT selected. However, it still appears glossy in iTunes connect. I didn't see the option to remove the gloss. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

I have not come across this myself but feel I might have the answer. In iTunes Connect or X-Code you have the option to say your icon is already sorted (UIPrerenderedIcon), it does not need treatment. That's where you need to set it, even if it's set in Gamesalad it may not be set there when going into XCode or Connect.

    Just a guess tho!

don't worry about itunes connect, that uses some strange rules when displaying the icon.

if you use glossy app icon is unchecked, it won't be glossy in the store/device
