How to create snow particles in gamesalad?

Using particles can we create snow like motion or using animation sequence is better? Graphics is not a problem.

I've tried using Particle behavour and it works to about 800 particles (it was a big scene) after 800 there were some animation lags.

Simply put a snow flack as the image in the particle behavior. I made rain in motion and used it in gamesalad as an animation.

How many frames you have used to make that snow animation work without lag? You are preloading it or not?

I am using 20 frames and when I open actor it crashes gs, what size you used for the whole image 1024 x 768?

I tried making it in after effects but the problem is its not looping. So it looks as if it lags. I will try the particle one.
