I see lots of folks having problems setting up Apple Developer signing certificates. This part of publishing is not a gamesalad issue but an Apple one. When you join and pay to be an Apple Developer you all get free support from Apple on these issues. Contact Apple developer support where you can get first hand help from the experts who know the system and can get you sorted out. It's free so call.
