question after publish complete???

in Working with GS (Mac)
So i want to test my app, I signed up as an apple developer (the 99 dollar iOS dev one), got my signature, got my provisioning all complete, everything checked out and I downloaded my app! how do i test it on my iPod/iphone or iPad? registered all 3 devices as developer devices but i cant transfer the .app file i received from gamesalad to any of the 3 devices. How do i test my game on an actual iOS device???

    Install the profiles on the device. Drag the profiles onto iTunes and then the app into iTunes and sync.
