I was wondering how you can get this to keep the bottom position and make the top rotate to the platform above when the character hits it. (Make it fall when hit)
The easiest way is to double the length of the pole graphic and fill the extra space with transparent pixels. That will put the rotation point of the actor at (what looks like) the bottom of the pole. Then you can use regular GameSalad physics to have the pole rotate and collide with the next platform.
