Have you published your game to the Windows Store?

Hi all,

I've been watching the forums and compiling a list of games published in the Windows Store for an end of the year blog post. Here are some of the games I have installed on my machine:
Battle Legend Infinity
Tiny Ball vs. Evil Devil
Finger Slayer
Shapzzle
Boomtown Heights
Fishtronaut: Mini Adventures

Is your game published in the store and not listed above? Let me know so I can add it to my list. I may even install it. :-)

I also want to mention that Microsoft has created a bunch of new Windows 8 game-specific content. You can check it out at http://rj.cx/app_in_30_days. Learn how to make your game stand out and attract attention in the Windows Store.

Thanks!

It's been a little slow as far as sales go, for me at least, but Windows 8 is brand new.

Reports say that downloads are in the 40 million range right now. That's pretty incredible. I imagine after the holidays and everyone gets their new Computers and Slates and Windows 8 phones and such, things will pick up even a lot more than that.

    Woot! I made the list!

Thanks for the info and the update, Ryan. With Christmas/Holidays around the corner, I imagine a lot of new Windows 8 users will be coming into the fold.

I have 2 apps in the store

    Panda Rescue
    Rescue Xmas

I would have 2 more but GameSalad has a bug with Windows Charm settings.

I don't know how I failed to list them, but I have both Obliteration and Owls on my machine! I just showed them to an aspiring student yesterday.

I think I'd like to have a better idea of what "tools and resources" I'd receive by signing up before I provide my personal information, and the video that pops up when clicking on the thumbnail in the "Build Windows 8 Games" section has literally nothing to do with, say, building Windows 8 games.

    @PixelMetal
Fair point regarding the video. That looks like a bug that needs to be fixed as the thumbnail doesn't match the video. It looks like the URL for the video modal should be updated to http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=zts7z37UUiA, which is found within the game section.

As for other benefits... you have access to a UX design consultation, phone support with a with a Windows 8 architect, and the ability to visit a device lab for testing, if one is near. In addition, there may be other things made available to developers in the future such as contests.

It happened to turn into a _beginning_ of the year blog post, but I've listed any games I'm aware of: http://ryanjoy.com/2013/01/gamesalad-games-on-windows-8/
