EDIT: The problem has been partially fixed, Mac Provisioning Portal location required.

Here is the exact rejection message

"In order to continue reviewing this app, we require additional information.

This app uses one or more entitlements which do not appear to have matching functionality within the app. Please describe how and where the app uses the following entitlements by adding your comments to the Resolution Center. You will not need to upload a new binary to provide this information.

Apps should have only the minimum set of entitlements necessary for the app to function properly. If there are entitlements that are not needed, please remove them and submit an updated binary. You will need to Developer Reject the app to upload an updated version.

My apps were also rejected because of this. I'm looking for the solution too.

Is this a Mac App Store submission, or the iOS App Store?

Mac as said in the title

    Okay, just checking.

From what I understand, entitlements are usually involved with Sandboxing, or iCloud type of things. Do you have iCloud enabled in iTunes Connect? Turning that off usually corrects the issue.

They usually state what the issue is with, like with Sandboxing. Although, they have changed a lot over there in the last several months. They tell you there's a problem, but don't tell you what the problem is.

How do I turn off iCloud, or tell if it's even on

Go into the Provisioning Portal, and click on the "App IDs" link and navigate to your games App ID and click on "Configure" on the far right. Check to see if the box for iCloud is checked. Actually, if any of those boxes are checked, you should uncheck them since GameSalad supports none of those functions.

If everything is already unchecked, then it's not going to be iCloud or anything in that area that is getting you rejected. I imagine it's going to have to do with Sandboxing if it's not iCloud.

    https://developer.apple.com/devcenter/ios/index.action

Log into the Dev Center above, and over on the right will be a column called "iOS Developer Program", and the link will be in that box "iOS Provisioning Portal"

    It's a mac game

Yeah. I seem to keep on forgetting that...

I don't have a Mac dev license, but it should be on the home page when you sign in to your developer account.

@explogames did you get it fixed?

I'd be interested in a fix too. Just had a game rejected because of the com.apple.security.network.server entitlement being used...
