iTunes Connect - some IAP problems.

Yesteray everything was working fine, but today I wanted to add a new app and when I choose Bundle ID from the list all my apps are missing there. I can't see any Bundle ID of my current apps, instead of it I can see some old apps that I was using for tests few months ago... It's so weird because yesterday everything worked.

Can anyone check this and let me know if this are some apple problems or mine?

itunes connect is shutdown this week. you should have received a notice about it.

Yes I know, but i thought that this was only for submiting new apps for review and all other things like testing IAP or GC will work without problems...

Is it possible to test IAP without complete Contracts, Tax, and Banking in iTunes Connect?

I can't test IAP... I've checked everyting: Bundle ID, Product ID, writing product ID by expression editor and directly... everything fails all i get is this:

In-App Purchase Error
Product identifier was not
recognized: my_product_id

Also read all posts on forum, and still nothing

Product identifiers are created/registered in iTunes connect.

As @jonmulcahy mentioned iTunes connect is down. You'll have to wait until things are up and running again.
